"I got this pump to quickly drain my 60 gallon gas water heater for maintenance. It emptied it in 10-15 minutes. My water is pretty clean but I assembled a set with an inlet filter and the requisite hose fittings . After draining the entire contents, there were barely any sediments or scale buildup in the filter, so it was an easy cleanup. I may put some lubricant in the pump inlet (I have some for the pressure washer) but it seems like it may not be necessary, given how clean it is.Just one note: while draining the water heater, the water flow was quite significant - like a faucet open fully. In the process, and especially as it neared the end, the hose on the inlet side started collapsing from the pressure differential. You way want to use a stiffer hose than the one included in the kit.Overall, I am very impressed at how well it works. I'll try to update the review after having used it more than once."

"My husband will be using these and this is what he had to say about this set:On first inspection I noticed how nice the case opens and closes. The case has strong latches to open and close and hold the case tight once closed. The tools all snap in and remove easy from their location. I did this several times to allow the case to break in and see if it would weaken and it didn't. I have more cases like these and some loosen up over time if used a lot, but I have a huge tool box and they will be stored in it.All the tools in the case are marked next to their storage position. The tools are also numbered on both sides with numbers in both corners. That is 4 numbers on each wrench. These wrenches are also longer than other ones I have. They are also thinner than my other ratchets making them easier to slide into tight situations.When I tested the ratchets, they all fit snug and glide smooth over a bolt. I also applied 60 pounds of torque on the larger wrenches 13mm and up without any slips in the ratchets. When using ratchets like this I would not recommend pounding on the wrench to tighten a bolt. Using these types of tools are for hand use to keep them in good working condition for a very long time. My opinion is that for the cost these are a good quality tools and the case design is very good quality as well. I think these will be my go-to ratchets. Great set!!!"
